On June 11, 2024, siParadigm identified an incident involving unauthorized access to its computer network. In response, the company has stated that it initiated its incident management protocol, bringing in external experts to support the investigation. These third-party professionals purportedly secured the network, reinforced its infrastructure, and conducted a digital forensic investigation to assess the scope of the breach.
siParadigm has since undertaken efforts to understand the nature of the breach and the potential exposure of sensitive information.
