Via Credit Union, based in Indiana, recently announced a data breach that compromised the personal information of over 60,000 individuals. The breach occurred between January 18 and 20, 2025, and was discovered after suspicious activity was detected on their network. This incident highlights the ongoing challenges financial institutions face in protecting customer data from cyber threats.
