On February 20, 2024, PS Logistics identified unauthorized access to its computer network. Following the discovery, the company initiated an investigation to address the issue. In the course of this process, PS Logistics purportedly collaborated with external cybersecurity experts specializing in such incidents.
Through forensic analysis and document examination, the company determined on December 16, 2024, that an unauthorized party may have accessed and extracted specific files containing personal information from its network.
