The breach began with unauthorized entry on February 15, followed by the detection of suspicious activities on March 4, and further confirmation of data exposure through an investigation completed on September 12, 2025.

The organization responded by hiring external cybersecurity experts to assess the scope, enhancing system protections to mitigate future risks, and providing notification letters to those impacted along with free credit monitoring services.
