Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the data breach recently announced by Century Support Services.
Century Support Services Data Breach Summary:
Approximately 160,000 individuals were affected by the Century Support Services data breach, and breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, driver’s license and/or state identification numbers, medical data, health insurance data, passport numbers, financial account data, and digital signatures.
On approximately November 7, 2024, an unauthorized individual or group accessed the computer systems of Century Support Services. Upon discovering the intrusion, Century Support Services took steps to contain the incident and initiated an investigation. To determine whether personal information had been compromised, Century Support Services collaborated with cybersecurity specialists. Following a detailed forensic analysis and manual review of documents, Century Support Services concluded around May 30, 2025, that some of the files potentially viewed or taken contained personal information.
As a result of the data breach, Century Support Services is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to some affected individuals.
