On approximately March 18, 2024, Arisa Health encountered a cybersecurity event affecting network connectivity. After discovering the issue, Arisa Health claims to have swiftly initiated a comprehensive investigation. Throughout this process, Arisa Health claims it collaborated closely with external cybersecurity experts skilled in managing such events.
Following an extensive forensic cybersecurity analysis and manual evaluation, Arisa Health confirmed on May 20, 2024, that certain files composed of personal data may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between March 1, 2024, and March 18, 2024.
As a result of the data breach, Arisa Health is offering free credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to some affected individuals.
