Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit

Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the data breach recently announced by Aptihealth.
Aptihealth data breach summary:
Approximately 19,800 individuals were affected by the Aptihealth data breach.
Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: names, addresses, dates of birth, dates of service, doctor names, medical data, diagnosis data, and/or health insurance data.
Aptihealth was recently informed of a data breach involving Sisense, a third-party vendor providing data analytics services. On April 17, 2024, Sisense notified its partners, including Aptihealth, of a cybersecurity breach affecting some of Aptihealth's data stored on Sisense's systems.
The breach occurred between March 13, 2024, and April 10, 2024, when an unauthorized party accessed files on a restricted access server. Sisense has since taken measures to secure the information. Following this notification, Aptihealth assessed the potentially exposed data to determine the scope of the data breach and affected individuals.
It is unclear if Aptihealth is offering credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to affected individuals at this time.
