Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit

November 28, 2023 -- Attention: victims of the Zeroed-In data breach.

Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the recently announced Zeroed-In data breach.

On August 8, 2023, Zeroed-In identified and responded to suspicious activities involving its computer systems. The company claims it immediately secured these systems and initiated an investigation to ascertain the extent and nature of the unauthorized activities. The investigation revealed that from August 7, 2023, to August 8, 2023, an unauthorized individual accessed these systems.

Although Zeroed-In's investigation confirmed the data breach, it could not conclusively identify all the specific files accessed or potentially extracted by the intruder. Additionally, the company has stated that it is reviewing and enhancing its security policies and procedures. This review aims to reinforce safeguards and prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, Zeroed-In is informing relevant regulatory bodies as mandated by law.
