The organization dedicated significant resources and efforts to identify the specifics of the data that might have been affected in this email account.

Following an exhaustive investigation and review of documents, which was completed on January 31, 2024, it was determined by Yakima Valley Radiology that certain personal information could have been compromised.

As a result of the data breach, Yakima Valley Radiology is offering free credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to affected individuals.

Approximately 235,200 individuals were affected by the Yakima Valley Radiology data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: names and Social Security Numbers.
