September 18, 2023 -- Attention: victims of the Upstream data breach.
Upstream identified unusual activities linked to specific employee email accounts. Upon learning about these activities, they implemented measures to fortify the email system and initiated an examination of the incidents. Upstream's investigation revealed that between January 24, 2023, and January 31, 2023, as well as between February 3, 2023, and February 9, 2023, unauthorized individuals might have accessed certain files within the affected Upstream email accounts. On July 28, 2023, Upstream completed an assessment of the affected email accounts, pinpointing the nature of the information and its relevance. It was ascertained that the compromised accounts held certain personal details.
At this time, the number of individuals affected by the Upstream data breach is UNKNOWN.
Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, Social Security number, date of birth, medical data, demographic data, health insurance data, and contact data.
