August 15, 2022, Attention: victims of the San Diego American Indian Health Center data breach.

On or about May 5, 2022, San Diego American Indian Health Center (SDAIHC) first learned that its computer systems were the target of a cybersecurity / data breach incident. On or about July 22, 2022, and after a subsequent investigation, SDAIHC found that unauthorized individuals accessed and exfiltrated sensitive patient data from SDAIHC's computer systems.

Approximately 27,367 individuals were affected by the San Diego American Indian Health Center data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, date of birth, address, Social Security number, driver’s license information, state identification card information, health insurance data, medical data, and/or tribal identification card number.
