Data Breach Class Action

Attention: All individuals who received a data breach notice regarding the SITA data breach.

March 5, 2021, international airline transport communications and information technology company SITA has confirmed that it has experienced a data breach involving passenger data. Operating in more than 200 countries around the globe, SITA is one of the largest airline information technology companies in the world. A vast majority of the world's airlines utilize SITA's products to coordinate baggage processing, flight reservations, flight ticketing and flight departures among other things.

According to SITA, breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: "certain passenger data". Unfortunately, SITA has provided no additional details regarding the type of data involved in the breach, but given the types of passenger data used by airlines, consumers should be cautious, presume the breach involved sensitive personal information and act accordingly.

In addition to aircraft products, SITA provides resources for use at borders and airports. At this time it is not clear which SITA products or services were affected by the data breach. For additional information, please refer to the following SITA press release.

If you believe you are a victim of the SITA data breach, and would like to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding this data breach, please submit your information via the form on this webpage. This website is not associated with nor authorized by SITA or any affiliated companies.
