Class Action Investigation
Attention: Anyone who was prevented from making a stock trade by Robinhood (or any other trading platforms).
January 29, 2021, Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Robinhood and Citadel regarding Robinhood's decision to prohibit certain individuals from making certain stock trades.
On January 28, 2021, Robinhood froze the ability of certain individual traders from buying certain specific stocks – Robinhood’s actions prompted swift condemnation and allegations of stock market manipulation from traders, businesspeople, and elected officials from across the political gamut.
Lawsuits are being filed and calls have been made to immediately investigate Robinhood and Citadel by Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) of the Financial Services Committee.
This class action investigation is not necessarily limited to Robinhood and Citadel -- it may include other trading platforms and other entities.
If Robinhood has prevented you from making a stock trade, and you would like to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding these actions, please submit your information via the form on this webpage.
