September 26, 2022, Attention: victims of the Reelfoot Family Walk-In Clinic data breach.

On or about July 24, 2022, Reelfoot first learned of unusual activity on its computer network. Reelfoot claims it instantly began to attenuate the unusual activity and, with the help of outside third-party computer network forensic experts, also began a data breach investigation to ascertain the sort and extent of the data breach. The third-party inquiry found that unsanctioned access to the affected computer network did occur from on or about July 10, 2022 to on or about August 14, 2022. It was also confirmed that some information was exfiltrated during the data breach.

Approximately 58,562 individuals were affected by the Reelfoot data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, date of birth, driver's license number, Social Security number, home address, diagnosis information, lab results, disability code, medication information, medical records, treatment data, financial account data, claims data, patient ID and other identifiers, and other billings data.

With five locations in Tennessee, Reelfoot Family Walk-In Clinics are part of the more than 200 Fast Pace Health treatment locations. Reelfoot treats minor emergencies as well as acute and chronic illnesses.
