Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the confirmed data breach of information from RadNet's computer systems. According to RadNet, on July 18, 2020, an unknown hacker gained access to a RadNet server used to store certain employee data. The hacker then copied certain files to an external server.

RedNet revealed the data breach resulted in the disclosure of the following data: Name, Social Security Number, Driver’s License Number, and potentially additional data such as Date of Birth, Address, and Passport Number.

The danger to victims of the RadNet data breach cannot be overstated. The breached information may be used to commit various types of identity theft and fraud, which potentially exposes victims to substantial monetary and non-monetary harm.
