Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit

January 6, 2024 -- Attention: victims of the Quaker Windows data breach.

Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the recently announced Quaker Windows data breach.

On November 25, 2023, Quaker Windows faced a disruption in its computer network and promptly began investigating the incident. To aid their investigation, they employed specialists in cybersecurity investigations.

It was discovered that on or around November 25, 2023, an unauthorized individual had gained entry to specific Quaker Windows network files. By December 22, 2023, it became apparent to Quaker Windows that some personal data within their network might have been exposed to this unauthorized party. Following this revelation, Quaker Windows initiated measures to secure addresses for the individuals affected by this breach.

As a result of the data breach, Quaker Windows is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to affected individuals.

Approximately 10,900 individuals were affected by the Quaker Windows data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: names, addresses, and Social Security numbers.
