According to Park Royal Hospital it is assessing the scope of the information accessed. Affected individuals will receive a notification letter from Park Royal Hospital. Park Royal Hospital is advising those potentially impacted to closely monitor any statements from their healthcare providers.

As a result of the data breach, Park Royal Hospital is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring services to affected individuals.

A currently UNKNOWN number of individuals were affected by the Park Royal Hospital data breach.
