Data Breach Class Action Investigation


Attention: Consumers who used a debit card or credit card at a Landry's owned restaurant brand from March 13, 2019, to October 17, 2019. (List of potentially affected Landry's restaurant brands.)

Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating a confirmed debit card and credit card data breach at multiple Landry's restaurant brand locations. Landry's is a multi-brand restaurant, leisure, and gaming business, maintaining and operating more than 600 restaurants, hotels, casinos and leisure locations across the United States.

According to Landry's "Notice of Payment Card Incident", it recently discovered unauthorized access to its payment processing network. Upon investigation, Landry's detected malware designed to gather payment card data from customer cards.

Breached data may have included: cardholder name, card number, card expiration date, and card internal verification code.
