According to Green Diamond, the investigation concluded on February 23, 2024, and confirmed that an unidentified and unauthorized entity or individual might have accessed or acquired certain personal data.

Once the data breach was detected, Green Diamond has stated that it reinforced its computer network security by implementing sophisticated threat detection and monitoring systems. The company also claims it is currently refining its security protocols and has introduced additional protective measures to prevent future data breaches.
