Frax
Data Breach Class Action

September 25, 2023 -- Attention: victims of the Frax data breach.

Frax Outsourcing revealed that they have experienced a data breach that impacted files within an older computer system. According to Frax, they initiated a comprehensive assessment of this breach, collaborating with external specialists to gauge its extent and to pinpoint affected individuals.

Frax's analysis highlighted specific email accounts and a SharePoint drive in the Frax computer infrastructure that could have been compromised. Frax claims it expended considerable resources and effort to scrutinize the data in these accounts and the drive, with the objective of identifying any personal data and the individuals associated with such data.

By June 19, 2023, it became evident that from November 2 to November 15, 2022, unauthorized threat actors may have accessed and taken personal data from Frax's computer systems.

Approximately 12,000 individuals were affected by the Frax data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: Social Security Numbers.
