FMC Services
Data Breach Class Action

September 28, 2022, Attention: victims of the FMC Services data breach.

Family Medical Centers ("FMC Services") recently began notifying its patients that FMC Services was the victim of a data breach. FMC Services claims that on or about July 26, 2022, it first discovered and halted a data breach of its computer network. (Unfortunately, at this time it is not clear from FMC Service's data breach notice when the data breach began.) After learning about the data breach, FMC Services claims it immediately hired third-party computer forensics and network security experts to investigate the data breach, ascertain how the data breach occurred, and determine what information may have been exposed in the data breach.

Approximately 234,000 patients were affected by the FMC Services data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: names, dates of birth, mailing addresses, protected health information and/or Social Security Numbers.

Additional information about the FMC Services data breach may be found here: FMC Services Notice of Data Incident.

FMC's clinics comprise a group of healthcare clinics primarily serving Amarillo and Canyon, Texas.
