Data Breach Class Action Investigation


Attention: Consumers who used a debit card or credit card to make a payment to AliMed at any time from June 1, 2019, to June 17, 2020.

Abington Cole + Ellery is investigating the confirmed data breach of payment card data from AliMed's computer systems.

According to AliMed, hackers gained access to its computer systems and may have gained access to payment card data for certain transactions made with AliMed for MORE THEN A YEAR. After an investigation, AliMed determined that the data breach affected credit card and debit card transactions made with AliMed between June 1, 2019, and June 17, 2020.

AliMed reports that the data breach resulted in the disclosure of the following data: customer names, customer credit and debit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes.
