Around November 19, 2022, 4 Over became aware of an unauthorized intrusion into its computer network. The company immediately commenced a thorough investigation, engaging external computer forensic experts, to determine the severity and details of the breach. This investigation revealed that from November 16 to November 19, 2022, there might have been unauthorized access or duplication of files within 4 Over's systems. Following this discovery, 4 Over conducted an exhaustive review of the documents that could have been compromised, a process they have now finalized.

Upon detecting the breach, 4 Over promptly identified individuals potentially impacted by the incident. 4 Over also informed federal law enforcement about the breach. In addition, the company has been reinforcing its security measures and providing enhanced training to its staff.

As a result of the data breach, 4 Over is offering 24 months of free credit monitoring and/or identity theft protection services to affected individuals.

Thousands of individuals were affected by the 4 Over data breach.

Breached data may include, but is not necessarily limited to: AFLAC Plan Data, Social Security number, account number, bank name, date of birth, dental plan claim, diagnosis, driver's license, employer-assigned identification number, health insurance group number, and health insurance subscriber number.
