An investigation is currently being conducted regarding the billing practices of Sirius XM Satellite Radio (auto renewal, automatic debits, automatic payments).

Consumer complaints indicate that Sirius XM Satellite Radio may be improperly renewing subscriptions to the satellite radio service. Consumer complaints also indicate that Sirius XM Satellite Radio may not be honoring lifetime service subscriptions purchased by consumers.
