Samsung HDTV Bad Capacitor Class Action Investigation

An investigation is currently being conducted regarding certain Samsung HDTVs that may have bad capacitors (bad caps) or other problems.

Consumer complaints indicate that some Samsung HDTVs are turning off on their own and/or making clicking sounds due to capacitor problems.

If you are the owner of one of these affected Samsung HDTVs that is shutting off on its own and/or making clicking sounds due to bad capacitors or if you are otherwise having problems with your Samsung HDTV and would like to participate in a class action, please submit your information here.
