Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security incident affecting personal and medical information in possession of Inmediata.

Inmediata has reported that in January of 2019 it became aware that some of its member patients’ electronic patient health information was publicly available online. The incident was a result of a webpage setting that permitted search engines to index pages that are part of Inmediata's internal website used for its business operations. Inmediata states that information that was part of the incident includes: name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, gender, and medical claim information, including dates of service, diagnosis codes, procedure codes and treating physician.
