Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data breach at national clothing chain Eddie Bauer.

Breached data includes: credit and debit card data

On August 18, 2016, Eddie Bauer announced that it had discovered malicious software designed to steal credit card and debit card data on computers that operate the payment processing systems for its stores. As part of Eddie Bauer's investigation, it was determined that customers’ payment card information used at Eddie Bauer retail stores on various dates between January 2, 2016, and July 17, 2016 may have been accessed.
