Chili's Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation

Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach at national restaurant chain Chili's. The breach reportedly affects credit and debit cards from across the United States.

Chili's has not yet confirmed dates of the breach, but initial reports are that customers who used payment cards at Chili's from between approximately March of 2018, thru April of 2018, may have had their information exposed. Chili's is reporting that malware was used to gather payment card information including credit or debit card numbers as well as cardholder names from their payment-related systems for in-restaurant purchases.
