Bad Capacitor Class Action Investigation

An investigation is currently being conducted regarding certain consumer electronic components that may have bad capacitors (bad caps) or other problems.

Consumer complaints indicate that an abnormally elevated percentage of consumer electronic components have experienced or are experiencing shorter than expected useful lifetimes due to premature capacitor failures.

Devices that have been found to contain bad caps primarily include, but are not necessarily limited to: televisions and various computer components (monitors, power supplies, video cards, mother boards, etc.).

If you are the owner of a television, computer component, or other consumer electronic device that has had problems due to bad capacitors and would like to participate in a class action, please submit your information here.

This website is not associated with nor authorized by any consumer electronics manufacturer.
