AeroGarden Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation

Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach of AeroGarden.com. The incident may have affected certain customers’ payment card numbers and other information entered on AeroGrow's AeroGarden website between October 29, 2018, and March 4, 2019.

A customer data breach notice from AeroGrow states that an unauthorized person may have acquired, through the use of malicious code, the payment card information that users entered into the eCommerce vendor’s payment page.

AeroGrow's data breach notice states that it is possible that the following information entered into the eCommerce vendor’s payment page was compromised: payment card number, expiration date, and the CCV/CVV number.
